Unlocking
Tap the "Unlock" button and scan the QR code on the bike/lock to automatically unlock it.

Riding
Enjoy your ride, remember to wear a helmet, and obey traffic laws. During your ride, you can temporarily lock the bike and unlock it again anytime using the mobile app.

Returning
Return the BEAGO bike to the nearest station. Place the bike into the iron rack at the station, lock it, and confirm the end of the journey on the BEAGO app.

How to rent and return a bicycle?
For first-time users, please follow these steps to rent and return a bicycle
Step 1: Download the BEAgo mobile application for iOS or Android operating systems according to the information below.

Step 2: Register a BEAgo account with a phone number in Vietnam. Receiving register OTP via ZALO OA named BEAgo
Step 3: Deposit money into your account on the BEAgo application using the "My Wallet" feature, supporting loading points with e-wallets Momo, ZaloPay.
Step 4: Use the QR code scanning feature to scan the QR code located on the car lock, the system will automatically unlock and you can take the car to use.
Step 5: To return the bike, you must return it at any bike station in BEAgo's bike station system.
Step 6: To end the journey and calculate the fee, three locking operations must be performed: (1) put the front wheel on the iron pillar and lock; (2) close the vehicle lock manually on the rear wheel and (3) Select “confirm vehicle return” on the BEAgo application to end the journey.

How to deposit money into “BEAGO Wallet” to use bicycle rental service
Step 1: Select BEAGO Wallet after Login to the APP.
Step 2: Select the "Deposit money into wallet" feature
Step 3: Select the amount to deposit below (50,000VND; 100,000VND). Minimum 50,000VND/recharge.
Step 4: Select the Linked Wallet account available on your phone ZaloPay; Momo. For customers who do not have a wallet; Contact hotline 123 457 789 for Deposit Support Department.
Step 5: Click “Deposit” to complete. -

BEAgo bicycles are currently in service 24/7 every day of the week, including holidays, you can unlock and return the bike at the station at any time of the day. Please experience!

BEAgo bicycles remain open every day of the year, regardless of the weather. However, during the rainy season, you should avoid flooded roads; Construction is underway and please drive safely!
