In collaboration with the Buon Ma Thuot City People’s Committee to build the image of the World’s Coffee City, BEAgo is always striving to bring valuable and modern conveniences to the community, including the BMT Experience Bicycle Service - BEAgo. When experiencing BEAgo bicycles, we not only offer an eco-friendly mode of transportation but also create memorable experiences for residents and visitors. The bike stations are strategically located in the centers of the wards and communes throughout the city, featuring modern, smart, and aesthetically pleasing designs that effectively communicate to our target customers: the youth, office workers, active residents, sports enthusiasts, and others who live, work, and travel in Buon Ma Thuot City.

Why BEAgo?

At the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, bicycles became an essential means of transportation, transforming how people traveled and contributing to the Industrial Revolution. Buon Ma Thuot is the first city in the Central Highlands region to launch the BEAgo bicycle experience model. In a city with the highest number of cars in Vietnam, BEAgo bicycles offer a unique option for office workers, students, and tourists to explore the beautiful, tree-lined streets and many cultural and historical architectural landmarks. Cycling for just 30 minutes a day in this charming city promises to bring physical and mental health benefits while contributing to environmental protection. It also supports the vision of Buon Ma Thuot as the destination of the World Coffee City.

    Unlocking

    Tap the "Unlock" button and scan the QR code on the bike/lock to automatically unlock it.

  2. 02

    Riding

    Enjoy your ride, remember to wear a helmet, and obey traffic laws. During your ride, you can temporarily lock the bike and unlock it again anytime using the mobile app.

  3. 03

    Returning

    Return the BEAGO bike to the nearest station. Place the bike into the iron rack at the station, lock it, and confirm the end of the journey on the BEAGO app.

  • For first-time users, please follow these steps to rent and return a bicycle
    Step 1: Download the BEAgo mobile application for iOS or Android operating systems according to the information below.

    Step 2: Register a BEAgo account with a phone number in Vietnam. Receiving register OTP via ZALO OA named BEAgo
    Step 3: Deposit money into your account on the BEAgo application using the "My Wallet" feature, supporting loading points with e-wallets Momo, ZaloPay.
    Step 4: Use the QR code scanning feature to scan the QR code located on the car lock, the system will automatically unlock and you can take the car to use.
    Step 5: To return the bike, you must return it at any bike station in BEAgo's bike station system.
    Step 6: To end the journey and calculate the fee, three locking operations must be performed: (1) put the front wheel on the iron pillar and lock; (2) close the vehicle lock manually on the rear wheel and (3) Select “confirm vehicle return” on the BEAgo application to end the journey.

    Step 3: Select the amount to deposit below (50,000VND; 100,000VND). Minimum 50,000VND/recharge.

    Step 5: Click “Deposit” to complete.

  • BEAgo bicycles are currently in service 24/7 every day of the week, including holidays, you can unlock and return the bike at the station at any time of the day. Please experience!

  • BEAgo bicycles remain open every day of the year, regardless of the weather. However, during the rainy season, you should avoid flooded roads; Construction is underway and please drive safely!

  • Have. BEAgo public bicycles are equipped with a GPS navigation system to ensure the fastest support in case customers encounter problems during use.

  • Station locations are available on the BEAgo APP; Please choose a station that is convenient for using/returning your bicycle.
